It is ideal for rotating days off in a 24/7 operation or rotating weekend coverage in cases where your weekend needs are different than your weekday needs. Shifts can be any length including the popular 8 and 12 hour shifts as well as lesser used 10 hour shifts. Vacations and vacation shift assignments are easily assigned to your employees. The program includes 103 pre-defined 8, 10 and 12 hour shift schedules for your use. It also has an overtime tally and scheduler so you can easily assign and keep track of overtime hours. Charts show shift coverage for the 52-week period. The spreadsheet produces individual and group schedules along with a calendar. Microsoft Excel or compatible spreadsheet program is required.
